Lleve un Maverick trail al servicio por un problema de transmisión y le hicieron cambio de banda y servicio completo lo cual no solucionó el problema y la respuesta del gerente del taller Hugo Tellez y el mecánico fue “ es normal “ me quede pensando el lo que se pago para poder solucionar el problema del cual no se solucionó y no hay rembolso ni solución al problema, es lo que es.
They are thieves in service, badly left. I took a Maverick trail to the service for a transmission problem and they changed the band and gave it a complete service which did not solve the problem and the response of the workshop manager Hugo Tellez and the mechanic was "it's normal" I kept thinking about what I know payment to be able to solve the problem that was not solved and there is no refund or solution to the problem, it is what it is.

Terrible service in workshop and agency. Hugo Tellez, the manager of the workshop, don't even mention it. Delays with wrong orders and they still haven't fixed my warranty for defective products this was 6 months ago

Hobamos a comprar un can am y lamentablemente a los 15 min d restar viendo la Srta se acercó diciendo. * Amigos me da mucha pena pero tenemos prisa. Y ya cerramos siendo las 550. De la tarde si gustan manana regresenas temprano * obvio nos salimos enfurecidos. Y acabamos comprando un can am en un lote. Más barato y con muchos accesorios. No visiten está agencia son un asco todos los que atienen ahí ya que nadie. Nadie se acercó. A ofrecernos ayuda o información. Pesimo
