★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los contacte por internet, se me daño mi motor de Mercedes Benz 2015, nadie le quería meter mano a mi motor por la marca, pero aquí me lo arreglaron tardo un poco por el tema de unas piezas pero la vdd valió la pena la espera, los recomiendo ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me gustaría saber para cuando tengo mi devolución de mi guia, ya que me hicieron pagar dos fletes. el primero de ida me salio en $3412 pesos y se supone que el flete de regreso lo pagaba la empresa y tengo desde el 11 de Nov del 2021 que no me lo ponen. El flete salio en $3207 pesos y es fecha que el vendedor me da puras largas,
se comprometen con los fletes y no me apoyan con el dinero. el vendedor me tiene dando largas ya tres meses, primero me da cotización de 28 mil pesos y a la semana me la sube a 35 mil pesos y ni así me cubren flete, la neta si es super molesto pero me gustaria me apoyaran con la devolución del dinero del flete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una compañía fraudulenta. Se hace llamativa por los precios, te piden q pagues para garantizar la compostura y ya pagado no te entregan el motor. Llevo 60 días esperando mi motor y me han dado 5 fechas de entrega y hasta el día de hoy son puras mentiras.
Siguió la pesadilla. despues de demandarlos a través de PROFECO y 2 audiencias telefonicas, me mandaron el motor 3/4 les faltó incluir una serie de partes del motor, PROFECO volvio a exigirles y me las mandaron. ya con esto entregue el acurdo de conformidad y ahora q quisieron armarlo le falta una serie de tornillos y tapones en el cuerpo del motor.
reitero pesimo trato con esta compañia 6 meses perdidos.
It is a fraudulent company. It is striking because of the prices, they ask you to pay to guarantee composure and once paid they do not give you the engine. I have been waiting for my engine for 60 days and they have given me 5 delivery dates and to this day they are pure lies.
The nightmare continued. After suing them through PROFECO and 2 telephone hearings, they sent me the 3/4 engine, they lacked a series of engine parts, PROFECO demanded them again and they sent them to me. With this, I delivered the agreement and now that they wanted to put it together, it is missing a series of screws and plugs in the engine body.
I reiterate terrible deal with this company 6 months lost.

Se tardaron 3 meses en lugar de dos semanas, regresé el motor 4 veces y finalmente decidí retirarlo y repararlo en otro lado por qué nunca sirvió. Al abrirlo nos dimos cuenta que le habían puesto puras piezas usadas y en mal estado. Pésimo servicio del vendedor y el Dueño nunca dio la cara. 40,000 pesos tirados a la basura.
If you value your time and money, I suggest not making any deals with this company. It took 3 months instead of two weeks, I returned the motor 4 times and finally decided to remove it and repair it elsewhere because it never worked. When we opened it we realized that they had put only used parts and in poor condition. Terrible service from the seller and the Owner never showed his face. 40,000 pesos thrown away.
