★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi moto llego por siniestro ya tiene más de un mes, solo iban a cambiar rines y ni contestan el teléfono. Ojalá tuvieran al menos la cortesía de contestar e informar la situación de la motocicleta, me queda lejos estar yendo pero ahí me dirijo qualitas.
 My motorcycle arrived due to an accident and is more than a month old, they were only going to change rims and they don't even answer the phone. I wish they would at least have the courtesy of answering and reporting the situation of the motorcycle, I have a long way to go but that's where I'm going qualitas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte de todos. En mi experiencia personal me ha ido muy bien al confiarle mi moto a este taller, de los únicos que se apegan a los tabuladores de las marcas como Vento y no cobran lo que quieren como en otros "talleres certificados"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mis 4 primeros servicios de la moto ahí para conservar la garantía pero de verdad la atención del taller es pésima, solo hacen por hacer incluso alguna vez me pusieron un piñón de una marca diferente solo para salir del problema y me cobraron una cadena como original y nueva siendo reusada y replica. La verdad lamentable sobretodo el servicio de Marco no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
I did my first 4 services of the motorcycle there to keep the guarantee but the attention of the workshop is really terrible, they just do it for doing even once they put a sprocket of a different brand on me just to get out of the problem and they charged me a chain as original and new being reused and replicated. The unfortunate truth, especially Marco's service, I do not recommend at all.

Aparte del prolongado tiempo de espera para la dichosa reparación (que quedó inconclusa).
Me provocaron problemas administrativos, ya que estacionan las motos en la avenida y cuando pasan los de tránsito, levantan infracciones a las motos.
Y el taller no es capaz de avisar esta clase de situaciones a los dueños de los vehículos.
Simplemente un taller negligente, inepto y que en mi experiencia abusan de la confianza de las personas.
Deben de mejorar en general todo su esquema de "SERVICIO".
My motorcycle arrived there due to an accident I had.
Apart from the long waiting time for the happy repair (which was left unfinished).
They caused me administrative problems, since they park the motorcycles on the avenue and when the traffic pass by, they raise infractions for the motorcycles.
And the workshop is not able to notify this kind of situation to the owners of the vehicles.
Simply a negligent, inept workshop that in my experience abuses people's trust.
They should generally improve their entire "SERVICE" scheme.

Muy amables, te explican y revisan tu moto antes de ingresar, pero debes ser muy preciso de que tenga extra y asegúrate que lo escriban tal cual, no lo que ellos se les ocurra porque como son muchos en el taller el mecánico que la repare y de mantenimiento solo hará eso. Explique que tenía problemas con el frenado y pusieron apretar tazas... Lo que después de decirles que no quedo bien echándome la culpa que yo les dije eso, jejeje. Te dan factura de los servicios y de las refacciones que compres. Por lo que encontré la mayoría bien
My first service for my Vento bike. Very friendly, they explain and check your motorcycle before entering, but you must be very precise that it has extra and make sure that they write it as it is, not what they think of because as there are many in the workshop, the mechanic who repairs it and maintenance will only do that. Explain that he had problems with braking and they put tightening cups... What after telling them that it didn't look good blaming me that I told them that, hehehe. They give you an invoice for the services and parts you buy. From what I found most good

Mi moto quedó como nueva y lo mejor me entregaron el mismo día.
Ampliamente recomendable, sin duda volveré.
I took my bike in for a service a couple of weeks ago and everything went great.
My bike was like new and the best part was delivered the same day.
Highly recommended, I will definitely return.
