Ni el aceite ni el filtro de aire correspondían a mi moto, me quisieron descontar 200 pesos del filtro que mandaron por error cuando el filtro de mi moto mínimamente lo he visto en 500 pesos. Al final me descontaron solo 370, le pusieron el mismo filtro y medio lo limpiaron. Supuestamente incluía una lavada de cortesía y solo le tiraron agua con la hidrolavadora, ni un poco de jabón ni un trapito. Nada. La moto quedó con residuos de agua y tierra. Y al supuestamente al lavarla aunque sea un poco de aceite deberían de ponerle a la cadena, ver la holgura, pero nada. No revisaron ningúna otra parte de la moto, ni la sugirieron, ni nada. Pésima experiencia con ese taller.
I made an appointment to have my motorcycle serviced, I paid in advance so that they could get the tuning kit, which would be 1,200 plus 200 for the service.
Neither the oil nor the air filter corresponded to my motorcycle, they wanted to deduct 200 pesos from the filter that they sent by mistake when I have seen the filter of my motorcycle at least 500 pesos. In the end they deducted only 370, they put the same filter and half cleaned it. Supposedly it included a courtesy wash and they only threw water with the pressure washer, not a little soap or a cloth. Any. The motorcycle was left with residues of water and earth. And supposedly when washing it, even if it's a little oil, they should put it on the chain, see the slack, but nothing. They didn't check any other part of the bike, or suggest it, or anything. Terrible experience with that shop.
