Quienes están en la operatividad de la línea de Motorola obvio son extranjeros y no conocen ninguna ciudad! Entonces no t saben dar información verídica y eficiente y pasas horas y horas buscando el centro de atención del cual ellos Te dan dirección. Q servicio tan deficiente!!!!

Lo que la gente debe entender es que Motorola Solutions es el area de Radios y los Celulares le pertenecen a Motorola Mobility que se encuentra en Paseo de los Tamarindos No.100 y que cada area es independiente. Evitense la vergüenza de llevar equipos celulares o hacer reclamaciones de Celulares en Solutions, porque no es el area correspondiente y nada se puede hacer, Solutions nada tiene que ver con Mobility y Mobility no se ha hecho cargo de hacer la aclaración de la separación y el cambio de domicilio. Gente les sugiero que al comprar un equipo estén enterados de los cambios y la historia de la empresa.

Calienta cuando lo usas y cuando lo cargas y aparte tuve que comprar moto Moss marca JBL original de Motorola se también se le baja la pila
Respuesta ya basta Motorola México llevó casi un mes y medio reclamado mi garantía y aparte todavía lo mandas a CD de México y una semana sin celular y como postre es una basura
Se calienta por la parte trasera y de los lados nooooooooooo se vale y ya lo revisaron en Motorola México
Si me preguntas comprarías un Motorola. Diría nooooooooooo

Necesito una respuesta por su parte, mi equipo esta fallando y tiene un mes que lo compre, no es pocible que nadie se haga responsable de las fallas de su marca, pésimo servicio, pésima marca.

My phone was faulty and they repaired it but it did not stay, now I try to contact but they do not answer me I think it is not a serious company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM BUY ANOTHER BRAND LESS MOTOROLA.
