Llevo ya más de dos meses esperando a que me den solución de mi moto y su excusa es que no les llegan las refacciones.
No lo recomiendo es muy mal taller!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR taller de la ciudad, si pueden intenten cambiar de taller si es por aseguradora, si no olvídate de tu moto unos 3 meses, no te cubren todo, usas piezas de motos ANTIGUAS para reparar, la atención es mala, le echan la culpa de todo al seguro, si es posible demanden, yo voy a meter una denuncia, la única forma de que te hagan caso es estar llendo a su local y aún así no sirve, en verdad son personas INÚTILES.
The WORST workshop in the city, if you can try to change the workshop if it is for insurance, if not forget about your motorcycle for about 3 months, they do not cover everything, you use OLD motorcycle parts to repair, the service is bad, they blame it From everything to the insurance, if it is possible, sue, I am going to file a complaint, the only way for them to pay attention to you is to go to their premises and even then it does not work, they are really USELESS people.

El gerente muy amable y profesional, te mantienen al tanto del seguimiento en la reparación de tu moto desde la aprobación por parte del seguro hasta el final , me dieron la opción de pasar después por mis calcomanias ya que la agencia demora en la entrega y me dieron un vale lo cual me parece una excelente opción!! El mecánico bajo a explicar su trabajo que realizo y recomendaciones !!
Mi moto quedo increíble y todas las piezas originales de agencia !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me chocaron y me mandaron a este taller por parte de seguro Mapfre pésimo seguro por cierto y paso medio añooo y según no encontraban mi pieza una pulsar rs que por cierto es una moto común medio año y me marcaron para decirme que mejor me la pagaban la pieza Xque no la conseguían y fui y me la pagaron muy por debajo del precio en el que la encuentras conclusión que no los manden a ese talles si tienen la oportunidad evitenlo el personal es amable pero de qué sirve si como taller deja mucho que desear

Un excelente taller, un excelente trato, excelente seguimiento de como va la moto, excelente en todos aspectos
Leí muchas malas calificaciones, pero en mi caso no fue así
La moto entro al taller un 3 de mayo & el 19 de mayo me llego un correo de Mapfre que la moto iba a ser entregada el día 15 de junio como máximo
Fueron en total 10 piezas las que tenían que cambiar
Cubre puños ambos
Parador lateral
Escape
Posapies delanteros
Posapies traseros
Bases de posapies traseros
Manubrio
Palanca de feno de pie
Palanca de velocidades
Contrapesos
( cabe señalar que Mapfre no es ni asegurado, es de la persona que me pego )
& el día 27 de mayo me marcan del taller para avisarme que ya estaba la moto lista para recoger
Acuso el día 28 de mayo al taller y quede complacido con el servicio
Neta no entiendo a toda la gente que se queja & que pone mal servicio o mala calificación cuando no es así
