Entregue una maquina me dijeron que la iban a tener en 4 dias , pasaron 7 días fui al lugar y ni siquiera la habian visto y mucho menos arreglada, pedi que me dieran la maquina devuelta y se portaron super groseros .
Terrible service, super rude and disrespectful.
I delivered a machine they told me they would have it in 4 days, 7 days passed I went to the place and they had not even seen it, much less fixed, I asked that they give me the machine back and they behaved super rude.

Excelente servicio y explicación si es necesario, te muestran las piezas quitadas y dicen porque las cambiaron. Etc etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, de primera instancia pues como en todos los negocios puede haber tiempos de espera me dijeron que hasta el viernes estarían le expliqué la premura de que quedarán mis equipos y se accedió a revisarlos quedaron el mismo día funcionando perfectamente bien, además de explicación a detalle de la causa del fallo. Así también de hacerme de conocimiento de buen uso de los mismos así como mantenimiento después de cada uso. ?
