Honestly, I don't understand how most of the reviews are positive, so I decided to take a risk. I placed my order on February 04, 2022, once I made the payment and sent the receipt to the corresponding numbers, they left me in sight and immediately blocked me, I spent the next month with the uncertainty that had happened with my order, well I had not received any update or news from it. After a month and giving up my money, the order arrived, again I got a not very pleasant surprise, the ring looked much smaller compared to the one I measured to know the size, I thought it had been my mistake when measuring despite the fact that I did it meticulously and repeatedly, the measurement obtained was 5.3cm in circumference, which according to the table shown on the page corresponds to a size 5 (I attach said table). With the ring at home, I took on the task of measuring the piece again and it only measured 4.8 cm in circumference. I contacted the warranty service, I told them about the situation and I sent them evidence, as it is easier to measure a diameter, I sent them a photo of it (I attach said photo) with this measurement of 1.55 cm, anyone can calculate a circumference that gives us 4.8 as a result. cm. The person in charge of the area told me that I needed the ring to corroborate this, I understand that there is this doubt, send the ring back and the answer is that they did not make any mistake, that the measurements are correct, things that are not so, then the evidence this, they are not responsible and now they want to charge me 350 pesos for returning the ring.
