Siempre te dan presupuestos previamente y se apegan a ellos, no te salen con sorpresitas después. Garantizan las reparaciones por 1 mes, hasta ahorita nunca he tenido necesidad de volver por una misma falla o para hacer uso de la garantía. Lo único que podría sugerir es que se puedan hacer pagos con tarjeta, yo recuerdo que hace tiempo si tenían terminal pero actualmente sólo reciben pagos en efectivo. Excellent service, when I need to repair some equipment I go with them, they are very professional, honest and fulfilled in their delivery times. They always give you estimates in advance and stick to them, they don't come up with surprises later. They guarantee repairs for 1 month, until now I have never had the need to return for the same failure or to make use of the guarantee. The only thing I could suggest is that you can make payments by card, I remember that a long time ago if they had a terminal but currently they only receive payments in cash.
