★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y sobre todo minuciosamente, el teléfono quedó perfecto y a mí me dió mucha confianza desde el hecho de que están dentro de varios Sears, así que Sears no se va a arriesgar a tener reclamaciones. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Sevicio. La pantalla de mi cel se estrello, me urgía el cambio de display. Me comuniqué con ellos, me cotizó inmediatamente , deposité y me citó al poco rato. Fuimos y enfrente de nosotros hizo la reparación. El servicio lo hizo en menos de una hora y quedó Excelente. Gracias por la atención al señor Said. MUY RECOMENDABLE Y PROFRSIONAL. SE ENCUENTRA DENTRO DE SEARS PLAZA UNIVERSIDAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena pero las refacciones que utilizan son de mala calidad. En mi caso solicité el cambio de un display de un Huawei y el que me colocaron no funcionó con el contrataste y gama de colores que el original. Cuando les pregunté al respecto me dijeron que tendrían que enviarlo a laboratorio para revisión lo cual no hacía ningún sentido porque el display que llevé para cambio si funcionaba correctamente (solo lo quería cambiar porque se cuarteó el touch) no pongo una estrella porque la atención fue buena.
The attention is good but the parts they use are of poor quality. In my case, I requested the change of a Huawei display and the one that was placed on me did not work with the contract and range of colors of the original. When I asked them about it, they told me that they would have to send it to a laboratory for review, which did not make any sense because the display that I took to change it worked correctly (I only wanted to change it because the touch was cracked) I did not put a star because the attention was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio pero, sobre todo, honesto. Mi celular sólo requería limpieza y no cambio de piezas. Y en efecto, me sugirieron realizar una limpieza antes de comprar alguna pieza. Además, como mencionan, hacen el servicio frente a ti.
Good service but, above all, honest. My cell phone only required cleaning and no change of parts. And indeed, they suggested me to do a cleaning before buying any part. Also, as they mention, they do the service in front of you.

Resulto ser el centro de carga del teléfono. Pagué la pieza sin dejar mi celular, y en cuanto llegó me la instalaron y mi cel quedó al 100%
Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue muy eficiente y rápido en Sears de Plaza Universidad. Me cambiaron la batería de un modelo de celular antiguo con una batería original, lo hacen enfrente de ti con toda transparencia. Cuando vuelva a necesitar una reparación, es seguro que regresaré con el señor Said.
The service was very efficient and fast at Sears in Plaza Universidad. They changed the battery of an old cell phone model with an original battery, they do it in front of you with all transparency. Whenever it needs repair again, I'm sure I'll be back with Mr. Said.
