★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great help. My U.S. cell phone died and these guys diagnosed it for me right away. They had me speak to someone who knows english and translated everything. They are right on the ball and didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. Also recommended a Sears nearby as the best place to get a replacement phone and what model would be most affordable and good quality. Excellent, superior, service. I only wish my phone was repairable and I could pay them to do it. But they were really upfront that it was not possible. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is nice and seems professional, but my experience sadly began with a pretty long waiting time and after finally getting my phone checked for a clear issue with the hardware they only approached it looking to exchange my screen and camera. Yes my screen has some scratches, but camera is intact. As they wouldn't really explain the reason for this I had to decline their service.
