Todos los días dicen que me va a llamar la persona encargada y no pasa. Para cobrar eso si exigen puntualidad pero para hacerse cargo, nada! Tulum- Mexico, me dijeron que yo iba a poder rastrear la unidad y el mero día me dijeron que no servía el sistema, la mudanza no llego el día esperado porque se quedó en Veracruz porque no le habían pagado a los que traían mis cosas sus viaticos, llego 3 días después de lo pactado y rompieron y rallaron mis muebles, me abrieron todas mis cajas y me robaron más de 35 mil pesos en cosas, sin contar los muebles que se rallaron. Al hablar Damaris Mendiola encargada de mi mudanza me dijo que Luis Zamudio iba a ayudarme con el caso pero nunca tomo mis llamadas. Y nunca contestó mis mails. Vinieron a traerme un mueble tiempo después y les enseñe todo lo que me habían rallado y nunca se hicieron cargo. Siguen sin atender mi caso 5 meses después.
