★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO ES UN CENTRO DE ATENCION A CLIENTES, es un distribuidor, solo es útil si vas a realizar pagos o comprar algun equipo, es pequeño y no tiene mucha variedad recomiendo acudir al mini centro de atencion a clientes o a algun CAC en Cancún, en playa Movistar esta limitado en el servicio y la disponibilidad de productos.
IT IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, it is a distributor, it is only useful if you are going to make payments or buy some equipment, it is small and it does not have much variety, I recommend going to the mini customer service center or any CAC in Cancun, on the beach Movistar is limited in service and product availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica que me atendió me trató excelente, solo sugiero que cuando estés con el asesor coloquen una silla para estar cómodo porque luego el trámite tarda y tiene que estar todo el tiempo de pié.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay un letrero que indíque horario y días de servicio, sólo aceptan pagos en efectivo, pese a tener 2 terminales, ya no entregan recibos de pago y ayer, una Srta que atiende, realizado el pago indicó que para que se hiciera efectivo el pago y en consecuencia la actualización del pago, debería re iniciar ¿? El equipo, ????? Podría alguién comentar todo esto?
