★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,el jueves me dijeron que el cambio de compañía con mi recarga, iba a estar listo para el viernes, y a dia de hoy domingo no la han realizado, me dicen que lunes(mañana) vaya "para ver que solución dan". Muy buen trato pero nada de eficiencia y cumplimiento con sus tiempos. Si van a cambiar de compañía u otro "trámite complejo" evitese la molestia de perder su tiempo aquí.
Terrible service, on Thursday they told me that the change of company with my recharge would be ready for Friday, and as of today Sunday they have not done it, they tell me that Monday (tomorrow) I will go "to see what solution they give." Very good treatment but no efficiency and compliance with their times. If you are going to change companies or other "complex procedures" avoid the hassle of wasting your time here.

Arrepentido de averme cambiado no selos recomiendo... aparte te tratan remal su personal. (no generaliso)Muy mal y aci kieren conpetir con telcel u otras marcas... What a bad service now I see because Movistar never have clients, they charge you for the chip and apart from that you have to pay for your activation very badly... Sorry to see me changed, I don't recommend them... apart from that, their staff treat you badly. (not general) Very bad and here they want to compete with telcel or other brands... (Movistar Customer Service Center next to modatelas san martín Texmelucan) and now to believe in such an asshole I'm left without a line Q bad
