★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, se compro un celular de contado, en teoría debería venir libre y no es así me dijeron que en 24 horas quedaba el equipo, ya han pasado más de 78 horas, llamo y me dicen que otras 24 horas, me parece una burla y perdida de tiempo el comprar equipos en esta compañía, definitivamente lo barato sale caro. No recomiendo para nada este lugar y su nefasta gente que no sabe ni donde esta parada.
 Terrible service, I bought a cell phone in cash, in theory it should come free and it is not like that, they told me that in 24 hours the equipment would be left, more than 78 hours have passed, I call and they tell me that another 24 hours, it seems like a joke to me and waste of time buying equipment in this company, cheap is definitely expensive. I do not recommend this place at all and its disastrous people who do not even know where they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son de lo peor en el servicio de internet. Los ejecutivos son muy prepotentes y no saben desempeñar sus funciones de atención al cliente, ya que se ponen a platicar, delegando sus responsabilidades a una llamada telefónica. Su red internet es la peor.
¡Es un robo, pues de todo el tiempo que tuvimos el contrato con Movistar, casi nunca tuvimos internet!
They are the worst in internet service. Executives are very pushy and do not know how to perform their customer service functions, since they start talking, delegating their responsibilities to a phone call. Your internet network is the worst.
It is a robbery, because of all the time we had the contract with Movistar, we almost never had internet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, se sienten que te hacen un favor al atenderte y te hostigan con mensajes preguntando si vas a querer el servicio, cuando solo fui por información y la verdad no me gustó ni el servicio ni la información que me dieron me quedo mil veces con Telcel que pena porque creo que sus planes son accesibles ?pero los empleados no tienen actitud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables y el servicio fue rápido y eficiente. Aunque claro, fui entre semana por la mañana. Cada quien habla como le fue en la feria y seguramente algunos sentirán no resuelven las dudas o problemas, pero en mi caso todo fue rápido y resolvieron mi problema.
Very friendly and the service was fast and efficient. Although of course, I went during the week in the morning. Everyone talks about how it went at the fair and surely some will feel that doubts or problems are not resolved, but in my case everything was fast and they solved my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El joven q me atendió estubo bien la compañía está de la fregada solo te cobran y no perdonan nada $ pero ellos no ponen solución al sistema q tienen no tengo línea en casa desde hace 6 meses o más y me salen q están remodelando las líneas
Y pregunto xq no siquiera mandan un mensaje para avisarnos q están reparando las líneas y vamos a tener inconvenientes en el servicio pero para cobrar están bien ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien, la chica que me atendió es amable solo un detalle ese día que fui me mandaron con alguien que estaba ocupada y literal TODOS los demás asesores estaban sin hacer nada solo ese detalle, es desesperante que te asignen con alguien que aun no acaba de atender a la otra persona y TODOS en sus celulares sin atender a nadie
The place is fine, the girl who attended me is kind, only one detail that day I went, they sent me with someone who was busy and literally ALL the other advisors were doing nothing, just that detail, it is exasperating that they assign you with someone who has not yet just attended the other person and EVERYONE on their cell phones without attending to anyone
