★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible la atención, el gerente es un despota no me pudo resolver una portabilidad que hice y ellos me cambiaron a otro plan, y que tenía que pagar para cambiarme el plan, los ejecutivos son unos p....s te dejan ahí parada y te cambian el plan sin preguntarte no se quién contrata ese personal, son unos incompetentes y si se la pasan en el celular pero ya metí mi queja correspondiente
Horrible attention, the manager is a despot, he could not solve a portability that I did and they changed me to another plan, and that I had to pay to change the plan, the executives are some p...s they leave you standing there and They change your plan without asking you, I don't know who hires that staff, they are incompetent and they spend it on their cell phone but I already filed my corresponding complaint

Excellent atention! Grateful for the speed and kindness with which they attend. A chip with my phone number was replaced in just a few minutes. Inexpensive replacement, only $ 25. The guy is very attentive and efficient. 100% recommendable the service of the executives.

Desde la cajera a los ejecutivos son unos déspotas, se entiende que no les guste su trabajo pero que no la agarren con los clientes, aparte de mam*nes inútiles porque ni para decirme a quién dirijirme fueron buenos.
Horrible service, they had never treated me so badly and the worst thing that the problem that my line had was their fault.
From the cashier to the executives they are despots, it is understood that they do not like their work but that they do not take it with the clients, apart from useless mam*nes because they were not even good to tell me who to turn to.
