★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contrates Movistar y menos vayas a este centro de "Atención al cliente" no saben hacer su trabajo, fui por un cambio de numero y me salieron que no, que había que contratar un nuevo plan y resulta que solo me pusieron un numero nuevo en el mismo contrato (engaño) trato de que me reembolsen el importe que se deja en garantía y primero que si, que en 5 días hábiles y ahora que no lo van a pagar hasta que pague mi mensualidad que no esta vencida.
Por dos años he sido una cliente puntual en el pago y resulta que me tratan con delincuente, como deudora morosa sin serlo y se jinetean bonito $400 pesos, no lo recomiendo para nada por que para una cosa tan sencilla tienes que dar 20 vueltas y el gerente tampoco es capaz de hacer nada, asco de establecimiento y de personal.
 Do not hire Movistar and much less go to this "Customer Service" center. They do not know how to do their job, I went for a change of number and they came out that no, that I had to hire a new plan and it turns out that they only put me a new number in The same contract (deception) I try to get reimbursed the amount that is left in guarantee and first that yes, that in 5 business days and now that they will not pay it until I pay my monthly payment that is not expired.
For two years I have been a punctual customer in the payment and it turns out that they treat me as a criminal, as a delinquent debtor without being one and they ride beautifully $ 400 pesos, I do not recommend it at all because for such a simple thing you have to do 20 laps and the Manager is also not able to do anything, disgusting of establishment and staff.
