Acudí a este CAC debido a que me hicieron un cambio de compañía sin mi consentimiento, engañándome diciendo que eran de Telcel y hasta el último me dijeron que eran de Movistar, yo no sé cómo permiten que de ésta compañía engañen a la gente de está manera.
Hablando de la atención de este centro, un joven delgado, moreno y con lentes me atendió. Le comenté que me cambiaron sin mi consentimiento y de una forma impertinente me dijo que fue mi culpa y para colmo, no me iba a dar mi chip sin pagar una recarga.
Creo que al menos merecía una disculpa por el engaño y las molestias que está compañía me ha causado.

I went to this CAC because they made me a company change without my consent, deceiving me by saying that they were from Telcel and until the last they told me that they were from Movistar, I don't know how they allow this company to deceive people in this way .
Speaking of the care of this center, a slim, dark young man with glasses attended me. I told him that they changed me without my consent and in an impertinent way he told me that it was my fault and to top it off, he was not going to give me my chip without paying a recharge.
I think I at least deserved an apology for the deception and inconvenience this company has caused me.

ES COSA DE HACERLE LA BOLSA MÁS GRANDE A MOVISTAR PORQUE SEGÚN ELLOS NO SE APLICÓ EL PAGO AUNQUE APAREZCA EN TU ESTADO DE CUENTA, Y SI RECLAMAS TE DAN A FIRMAR FORMATOS CON FECHA DE HACE CUATRO AÑOS. NUNCA TIENEN EQUIPOS PARA VENTA, Y EL TIEMPO QUE TARDAS AHÍ ES SOLO PARA HACER CORAJES. MEJOR AUNQUE LES CUESTE UN POCO CAMINAR, DIRÍJANSE A OTRO CAC.
WATCH OUT!!!!!!! IF YOU PAY WITH A CARD, THE CURRENT CASHIER ONLY TELLS YOU: THE SYSTEM WAS LOCKED AND THEY ALREADY STICKED YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU DID NOT ENTER YOUR PIN. IT IS A THING TO MAKE THE BIGGEST BAG TO MOVISTAR BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM THE PAYMENT WAS NOT APPLIED EVEN THOUGH IT APPEARS ON YOUR ACCOUNT STATEMENT, AND IF YOU CLAIM THEY GIVE YOU TO SIGN FORMATS DATED FROM FOUR YEARS AGO. THEY NEVER HAVE EQUIPMENT FOR SALE, AND THE TIME YOU TAKE THERE IS ONLY TO GET COURAGEOUS. BETTER EVEN IF IT COST YOU A LITTLE WALKING, GO TO ANOTHER CAC.
