★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a todas las sucursales de Movistar en Culiacán, y en ninguna me quisieron vender 1 iPhone 12, Que por qué solo puedo comprarlo en PLAN que solo los manejan de esa manera y no de manera prepago, Es algo súper injusto que te quieran obligar a venderte algo que no necesitas, Ojo Movistar pierden clientes por esas cosas. Y la página de internet no funciona tampoco se puede hacer la compra ya que las promociones de la página son falsas y te marca error al pagar.
I went to all the Movistar branches in Culiacán, and none of them wanted to sell me 1 iPhone 12, why can I only buy it in PLAN that they only handle it that way and not prepaid, It's something super unfair that they want to force you to sell you something you don't need, Ojo Movistar lose customers for those things. And the website does not work, nor can you make the purchase since the promotions on the page are false and it marks an error when paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay I’m tired with this place back and forth ...I bring my cellphone to warranty 3 times and they tomé always the technical need to check the phone and normally take up to 3 hours and then never fixed the phone continue restarting the Motorolaone ... and then employee of Movistar
he calls me wey all the time I’m not it’s friend or family member they need more respect for the costumers..... and finally I send the cellphone to Motorola at Mexico City for the warranty I waited for the cellphone company and come back
