★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal, me contactaron para cambiarme de compañía y me engañaron con una promoción falsa. Ahora que fui por mi chip. Me dicen que ellos no se hacen responsables, osea si quieren los clientes que les mandan, pero no quieren responsabilizarse de las falsas promociones.

I had problems with multimedia messaging.. went there for help but service was very poor.. young lady that helped me barely paid attention to me ,she was busy on her laptop working on something else .. she used my phone to call the customer service line than handed the phone back to me to deal with my problem... I wish I never changed to movistar!!!!!!
