★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperas muchísimo tiempo para ser atendido, casi siempre solo hay una persona atendiendo y haces fila por lo menos de una hora, porqué tampoco tienen sala de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal estaba prácticamente vacía, como el resto de la plaza jaja me atendieron muy rápido y el muchacho que me brindó el servicio muy amable y atento, resolvió todas mis dudas y me dio algunos tips para mejorar mi servicio con Movistar. Ampliamente recomendado.

Y por otro lado deben estar más inmersos en su día a día, mayor capacitación, ya que aseguran cuestiones sin estar al tanto de la situación y por consiguiente al ver esto la clientela se va... Estoy consiente que la red no tiene mucha cobertura... Pero en mi centro de trabajo si tengo Movistar, ya que con las otras dos empresas con infraestructura propia tienen muchos clientes y esto hace que se sature y por consiguiente el ancho de banda llega a ser muy bajo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El joven que atiende es muy grosero. Pase para informacion para sacar un plan y no habia gente esperando afuera. Dentro solo habia un cliente con un asesor. Habia otro asesor desocupado, entre para preguntar si me pasaba con el asesor desocupado, pero el joven que estaba atendiendo muy descortesmente me dijo que hasta que me llamaran, no hay senalamientos de esperar o nada al respecto, estan marcados en el piso las areas de distanciamiento social y no habia problema con que entrara ya que despues salio el asesor desocupado a tratar de atender mentras el otro aun estaba con un cliente... Con ese tipo de atencion al cliente la verdad que no quedan ganas de nada con Movistar. Era muy facil que el asesor me hubiera pedido amablemente que en un momento me atendian
