Espere a que la ejecutiva terminara de atender a un cliente, posterior a eso cuando terminó, me acerque para pedir mi SIM CARD, la chica ni siquiera me dirigió la mirada y empezo a recoger sus cosas, en eso llega un chico (con uniforme de movistar) y se ponen a platicar. Les comenté que solo necesitaba una sim card y me dicen : si nos permite por favor??
Ya tenia ahi aprox. 20 minutos.
Les pregunte si podrian atenderme o si iban a tardar mucho, a lo que el chico me responde de mala gana: es que ella ya se va y tengo que arreglar las cosas que deja, si me espera???
Total, le agradeci y mejor me fui al ATT que esta en frente, en menos de 5 minutos tuve mi simcard y una atencion totalmente diferente a la de estas dos personas en Movistar.
NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.
I went to buy a sim card. I waited for the executive to finish serving a client, after that when she finished, I approached to ask for my SIM CARD, the girl did not even look at me and began to collect her things, then a boy arrives (in a uniform of movistar) and they start talking. I told them that I only needed a sim card and they told me: if you allow us, please?
I already had there approx. 20 minutes.
I asked them if they could attend to me or if they were going to take a long time, to which the boy replied reluctantly: is that she is already leaving and I have to fix the things she leaves, if she waits for me ???
Overall, I thanked him and I better went to the ATT that is in front, in less than 5 minutes I had my simcard and a totally different attention to that of these two people in Movistar.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING.

O puedo saber si di lo registraron la muchacha solo recibió el dinero.. Y sin mucha atención me dijo... Ya esta su pago... Le yegaria la factura x msj...
