★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tengo más de 1 hora esperando cuando solo vengo por cambio de portabilidad. No hay ejecutivos que te atiendan y aparte no te quieren respetar las promociones.
Terrible service, I have more than 1 hour waiting when I only come for portability change. There are no executives who attend to you and besides, they do not want to respect the promotions.

Terrible service the staff very, very incompetent, a simple change brought me many problems with my line to such an extent that I have neither one nor the other really, they lack a lot of training for their staff NOTHING RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Apestan! Saqué un celular RedMi Dual dentro de un plan y al mes falló el auricular. La situación es que ya hice una reclamación por garantía y tardaron 25 días en entregármelo sin ofrecerme de repuesto; recibí mi equipo nuevo de vuelta y a las tres semanas volvió a fallar otra vez y no me ofrecen ninguna solución. Lo que la gerente me ofreció fue volver a ingresar el equipo por garantía y esperarme otros 25 días sin celular.
They stink! I took out a RedMi Dual cell phone within a plan and a month later the headset failed. The situation is that I already made a warranty claim and it took 25 days to deliver it to me without offering me a replacement; I received my new equipment back and after three weeks it failed again and they do not offer me any solution. What the manager offered me was to re-enter the equipment under warranty and wait another 25 days for me without a cell phone.
