Yo me cambie de compañía, me explicaron muy bien como funcionaban los sistemas de prepago y pospago, los costos, los beneficios de cada una de las modalidades, los tiempos y fechas de corte, todo muy claro y preciso. Leí los comentarios que había de este lugar, los cuales solían ser muy malos, pero en mi caso toda la experiencia fue muy buena yo asistí el día 2 de noviembre de 2021 por la mañana. El lugar es pequeño, pero no te sientes apretado y lo principal que es el servicio es agradable, yo me lleve una buena experiencia. Muchas gracias. Se pidió ayuda para solucionar un problema causado por Movistar. Nos dieron un teléfono puesto q ellos no estaban dispuestos a ayudar. Cuando dictaron el teléfono lo hicieron en voz muy baja y no quería repetirlo, a pesar de q el cliente era un sr con problemas de audición.
