Hoy quise dejar el plan contratado por un prepago normal, y me sostuvieron el plan a un mejor costo con los mismos beneficios. Los asesores siempre atentos. Gracias
Well attended,. All good in promotions but the network is the one that commonly fails, and the automation of calls is 100, many options, that it takes me 6 calls to talk to an advisor.

Today I wanted to leave the plan contracted for a normal prepayment, and they supported the plan at a better cost with the same benefits. The advisers always attentive. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va mucha gente y el lugar es muy pequeño, 3 veces me dejaron esperando 1 hora, sistema lento, no pude comprar mi cel por lo mismo, no lo recomiendo.
Many people go and the place is very small, 3 times they left me waiting 1 hour, slow system, I could not buy my cell for the same, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto la atención al cliente, personal atento y servicial, protocolos de seguridad , lugar limpio y facill acceso .
Solo no me gustó que con la aun pandemia que estamos pasando te poden anticipo del 50% y no pude sacar un equipo, lastima, ya tendré que esperar un poco más a ver si lo bajan.
Y viendo que hoy en día un celular es una necesidad y la calidad del mismo depende del trabajo.
I liked the customer service, attentive and helpful staff, security protocols, clean place and easy access.
I just didn't like that with the pandemic we're still going through they could give you a 50% advance and I couldn't get a team, too bad, I'll have to wait a little longer to see if they lower it.
And seeing that today a cell phone is a necessity and its quality depends on the work.
