★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nunca tienen personal para hacer cobros de línea y la persona que me atendió solo me decia regrese en 10 min y solo te hacen perder el tiempo de verdad no entiendo por qué abren la tienda si nunca tienen servicio muy mal.....
 Terrible service they never have staff to make line charges and the person who attended me only told me to come back in 10 min and they only make you lose time I really don't understand why they open the store if they never have very bad service .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gerente un inepto según regreso mi módem y nos dijo que ya no había que hacer más tramite y ahora me hablan que tengo 3 meses que no pago mi servicio, y les digo como voy a pagar el servicio si ya te regresé el módem y me contestan que no cancele mi servicio que tengo que pagar y todo por el gerente inepto que me dijo que era todo lo que tenía que hacer.... pésimo servicio pésima cobertura
The manager was inept as I returned my modem and told us that there was no need to do more paperwork and now they tell me that I have 3 months that I do not pay for my service, and I tell them how I will pay for the service if I already returned the modem and I They answer that I do not cancel my service that I have to pay and everything for the inept manager who told me that it was all I had to do .... lousy service bad coverage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La tienda es grande y solo tienen 1 persona atendiendo, misma que tarda hooooras con un solo cliente... ? Si quieres perder tiempo es la tienda indicada.
Terrible service. The store is large and they only have 1 person attending, which takes hours with a single customer ... ? If you want to waste time, this is the right store.

I really like going here because there are not so many people and they attend to you faster, the staff is friendly and they show an attitude of helping you.

The schedule they have online is from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. I arrived at their business unit at 7:48 a.m. and it was already closed....they don't even deserve a star.
