Pero el personal que labora en esa centro de atención le falta ser mas cortés, ojo no digo que sean groseros, solo que les falta ese espíritu de atención. Movistar is very good. Vayan mejor al Movistar del centro, ahí es todo lo contrario. Además de que como dicen los comentarios, son bien ratas y te atienden de mala gana. Fui por mi chip por cambio de compañía, me querían forzar a comprar un plan con mentiras ("el sistema ya lo bloqueó", "ya se cambió muchas veces" etc.)al final me dieron mi chip y funcionó normalmente. le agradecí a la señorita que me atendió y me ignoró molesta.
