★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada que voy a pagar no tienen cambio y me dicen que pues ni modo que no me pueden cobrar, y si les insisto en querer pagar según que mandan al banco pero se tardan horas en regresar , que ineficiente, no puedo creer que no quieran recibir dinero o les ha de ir también que no lo necesitan ?????

They serve you with their toes, they don't look for solutions to your problems, they always tell you to call customer service or solve it with your app in order not to do their job, literally you have to tell them how to do their job, they feel that they are doing you a favor ?????????
