★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al entrar todo muy bien,hasta que se me ocurrió sentarme en una silla roja que estaba cerca de mi ya llevaba un rato sentada cuando se me acercó un señor de seguridad, diciéndome que no podía estar sentada en esa silla como me tarde en levantarme de la silla nuevamente se me acercó diciéndome que me estaban monitoreando, la verdad no encontré sentido a esa acción me retire muy desconcertada y molesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, Rodrigo, que me atendió le solicite recoger mi chip y estaba negando que hiciera una recarga por internet, me preguntó burlandose si sabía cuál era la página oficial, el mismo me enseñó la página y en esa misma página le expliqué como hice mi proceso de portabilidad, me dice que así no se puede y que no van a respetar el pago que hice en línea, le solicite hablar con un superior y me menciono que tampoco ellos saben, que fuera a otra sucursal
