★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a clientes , hay otra sucursal de atención a clientes dentro de plaza satelite y aunque es mas pequeña ahi realmente te ayudan a solucionar un problema , estos incompetentes nadamás te dicen que no se puede y que te las arregles como puedas , ni porque ya tenia mi número de folio , solo me dijeron que no se podía y en la otra sucursal dentro de plaza satelite en menos de 2 min estaba solucionado el mismo problema que ellos no pudieron solucionar, me atendio un güerito y un morenito estaban jugando
 Terrible customer service, there is another customer service branch within the satellite plaza and although it is smaller there they really help you solve a problem, these incompetents just tell you that it is not possible and that you manage as best you can, not even why I had my folio number, they only told me that it was not possible and in the other branch inside Plaza Satelite in less than 2 minutes the same problem that they could not solve was solved, I was attended by a güerito and a dark-haired man who were playing
