★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio sin medidas de precaución ante el Covid 19, muy pésimo trato al cliente, la persona que me atendió quiso meterme un plan mucho muy diferente y mas caro al que ya tengo y muy déspota dice que no puede validar la compra hasta que elija un plan de los que ella quiere y el gerente ni sus luces nos tuvo esperando por un par de horas hasta que llame a atención a clientes y ahi si rápido salio y antes de irme todavía me insulta... PÉSIMO

No quisieron liberar mi equipo, y todavía decía q dónde lo compre (siendo q era ahí mismo en el 2020). Pero ya llevo prácticamente un año tratando de liberarlo y no quieren hacerse responsable. (LOS CODIGO Q HABÍAN DADO SOLO FUE PARA BLOQUEAR EL EQUIPO).
Es fecha q mi celular solo acepta chip Movistar.
HORRIBLE, PESIMO SERVICIO.
ABSOLUTAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO ESTE CENTRO DE ATENCIÓN MOVISTAR
I went on Saturday (March 26, 2022), and they have a very bad attitude.

HORRIBLE, AWFUL SERVICE.
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVISTAR CARE CENTER
