★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA atención por parte una empleada, hice una portabilidad y no nos quizo entregar el chip, argumentado que no estaba listo nos hizo dar muchas vueltas en varias en ocasiones, nos quería obligar a agarrar el plan que ella nos ofrecía. Hasta que yo hable con la persona que me hizo la portabilidad, y me dijo que acudiera a otro centro de atención, en donde en ese mismo instante nos entregaron el chip.
Todo el personal en esta sucursal es muy grosero.
LOVELY attention on the part of an employee, I made a portability and she did not want to give us the chip, arguing that she was not ready she made us go around many times on several occasions, she wanted to force us to grab the plan that she offered us. Until I speak to the person who made me portable, and told me to go to another service center, where at that same moment they gave us the chip.
All the staff at this branch is very rude.
