★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general me trataron bien y el servicio fue rápido. Le otorgo sólo una estrella debido a que los centro de atención a clientes Movistar de Galerías Saltillo está cerrado. También el que estaba en Plaza Real está cerrado. Me hicieron perder más de 1 hora tratando de encontrarlos.
Muy mal que estén insistiendo en cambiarte de compañía telefónica y no hay donde te den el servicio... Cómo dijo Chabelo: "Una espantosa X"
In general I was treated well and the service was quick. I give it only one star because the Movistar de Galerías Saltillo customer service center is closed. Also the one in Plaza Real is closed. They made me waste more than 1 hour trying to find them.
Too bad that they are insisting on changing your telephone company and there is no where they will give you the service ... As Chabelo said: "A horrible X"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algo hay en la actitud de los ejecutivos son atentos pero se les complica al momento de solucionarte tu problema. Por otro lado la compañía a reducido su cobertura y en mi caso me vi afectado, por eso cancelé mi servicio con ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de está sucursal para mí regular, debido a la atención que dan, porque digo ésto el día 6/01/22 acudí a pagar mi servicio, llegué 5 minutos de horario de servicio, el vigilante me dices que ya está cerrado, entonces me regreso a mi carro veo el reloj que faltan 5 minutos, me regreso y le digo al vigilante, a lo que me contesta es orden del gerente. Consideró que debe haber seriedad en su servicios, respetar los horarios, por la situación que un acude de lejos, acomodas tiempos para eso, resulta que tengo que regresar otro día hacerlo. Es cuestión de criterios.
