★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención todo muy bien sin queja alguna, de lo demás pues es lo mismo que las demás compañías aunque creo que da mejores promociones al ponerle crédito lo único malo es que en algunos lugares no tiene buena señal eso es hablando en general de Movistar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el gerente me negó una compra por querer obligarme a comprar un plan... a pesar de mostrarle que otros ejecutivos e inclusive en la misma página de Movistar decía que si me lo podía vender y que si estaba disponible. Quería de a fuerza venderme el plan, a demás de ser muy chocante. Fui a otro Movistar y sin problemas me brindaron el servicio a cómo yo lo quería. NO VAYAN A ESE MOVISTAR, mejor el de la Gran Plaza.
Terrible service, the manager denied me a purchase for wanting to force me to buy a plan ... despite showing him that other executives and even on the same Movistar page said that he could sell it to me and that it was available. He wanted to forcefully sell me the plan, besides being very shocking. I went to another Movistar and without problems they gave me the service to how I wanted it. DO NOT GO TO THAT MOVISTAR, better the one in the Great Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ofrecen miles de cosas por teléfono y cuando vas a hacerlo efectivo te dan un palmo de nariz y se lavan las manos, pésimo servicio.
Terrible service, they offer thousands of things over the phone and when you're going to make it effective they give you a span of your nose and wash your hands, lousy service.
