 There is a fat Chinese-haired lady who doesn't attend to you, she puts on a grumpy face, they don't want to sell, bad attention, they don't solve anything for you, it's better that they close their place! giving them 1 star is a lot! Better in Parque Puebla the girl is attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realize un cambio de compañía, pero la señorita quería venderme otro paquete total mente distinto ya que si no realizaba el cambio perdería mi número(su excusa) , le dije que no y tuve que realizar mi cambio en la sucursal parque Puebla y todo bien.
I made a change of company, but the lady wanted to sell me another totally different package because if I didn't make the change I would lose my number (her excuse), I told her no and I had to make my change at the Parque Puebla branch and everything was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario laboral en la página de movistar, marca que los domingos es hasta las 17:00 horas, cuando realmente ya está cerrado desde las 15:00 horas, el número teléfonico que también está registrado no es el que pertenece a esta sucursal, contestan pero comentan que es número equivocado.
The working hours on the movistar page, mark that on Sundays it is until 5:00 p.m., when it is really already closed from 3:00 p.m., the telephone number that is also registered is not the one that belongs to this branch, they answer but they comment that it is the wrong number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empleada muy nefasta y mal educada. No le enseñaron modales, o profesionalismo al momento de hacer su trabajo. No tiene idea de lo que es el servicio al cliente, y en ningún momento se apoya de su política para brindar un trato digno y adecuado. Urge capacitar a su personal, o denle un manual de palabras clave para tratar a un cliente, yo creo que sí ha de saber leer.
The very nefarious and rude employee. They did not teach him manners, or professionalism when doing his job. He has no idea what customer service is, and at no time relies on his policy to provide proper and dignified treatment. It is urgent to train your staff, or give them a manual of keywords to deal with a client, I think they do have to know how to read.
