★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados están ricos sobre todo el de taro y están algo caros ya que fui y pedí dos helados de taro naturales y solo uno con fresas y kiwis y fueron $180 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradan mucho estos helados, y más por que le puedes poner lo que tu quieras?. Cada que voy no tiro las cucharitas y esas las ocupo para endulzar mi café o té.
I really like these ice creams, and even more so because you can put whatever you want on them?. Every time I go I don't throw away the spoons and I use those to sweeten my coffee or tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena heladería, el local está un poco pequeño pero a la hora que yo fui (12:30) no había nada de gente y estaba vacío. Ahorita esta un nuevo sabor que se llama nube o algo así y me dieron a probar en un vaso muy bonito
It is a good ice cream parlor, the place is a little small but at the time I went (12:30) there were no people at all and it was empty. Right now there is a new flavor called cloud or something like that and they gave me a taste in a very nice glass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible decepción... era mi helado favorito y después de mucho tiempo de espera por resguardo y Covid ,voy a comprar mi helado y nada que ver con la consistencia cremosa que tenía antes... parecía un helado de agua ( nieve).
No es un helado "" barato"" , pero lo valía.
Cada vez, te sirven con mas "" miedo"" la fruta , apenas y la toman con la cuchara los chicos.
En fin, no sé si sea la sucursal . Me daré la oportunidad de ir a otra de las sucursales que acostumbraba , para comprobar si el bajón de la calidad es general.
Terrible disappointment... it was my favorite ice cream and after a long wait due to the receipt and Covid, I'm going to buy my ice cream and nothing to do with the creamy consistency it had before... it looked like a water ice cream (snow).
It's not ""cheap"" ice cream, but it was worth it.
Each time, they serve you with more "" fear "" the fruit, barely and the boys take it with a spoon.
Anyway, I don't know if it's the branch. I will give myself the opportunity to go to another of the branches that I used to, to see if the drop in quality is general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El helado de esta cadena es muy rico y aunque no es nada barato, su sabor vale la pena; lo que no vale nada la pena es específicamente el servicio en esta sucursal, ya que sirven muy poco helado y toppings. He comprado en otras sucursales y si sirven lo que pagas, en cambio aquí te atienden como si lo estuvieras pidiendo regalado.
The ice cream of this chain is very tasty and although it is not cheap at all, its flavor is worth it; what is not worth anything is specifically the service in this branch, since they serve very little ice cream and toppings. I have bought in other branches and if they serve what you pay for, instead here they serve you as if you were asking for it as a gift.
