Hice una fila de más de una hora.
Había 3 empleados de los cuales solo 1 cobraba y despachaba a la vez mientras otro acomodaba cucharitas habiendo una fila de más de 20 personas.
Se saltan el lugar de la gente y entre los 3 empleados hacen la misma tarea que podría estar haciendo uno solo
Muy ricos los helados y todo pero no lo vale por la ineptitud de los empleados
The most inefficient service I have ever experienced!
I lined up for more than an hour.
There were 3 employees of which only 1 charged and dispatched at the same time while another accommodated spoons, having a line of more than 20 people.
They skip the place of the people and between the 3 employees they do the same task that one could be doing
The ice creams and everything are very rich but it is not worth it due to the ineptitude of the employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y pésima sucursal, no tienen sabores de helado buscaba el saber ube, nada de toppings y cobertura y lo peor una muy mala actitud de la vendedora...lastima por que siempre voy a otras sucursales y es una grata experiencia, pero esta rebasó todo lo malo.
Terrible service and terrible branch, they do not have ice cream flavors I was looking for ube knowledge, no toppings and coverage and worst of all, a very bad attitude from the saleswoman ... it hurts because I always go to other branches and it is a pleasant experience, but this one outweighed all the bad.

En primera es su obligación tener cambio y en segunda si tuviera otra actitud! Modificó mi forma de pago, ya que en el pedir estar el dar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy un gran fan de Moyo, me parece muy bueno su producto, sin embargo la actitud de la mujer que atiende es totalmente nefasta, pensé que sólo era cuestión de ese día, pero van tres ocasiones en que la señora atiende de manera muy grosera.
Te hace caras por cualquier cosa, te pone una cantidad de toppings bastante pequeña comparado con otras sucursales y se molesta por que no tiene cambio.
Después de este pésimo servicio me hizo reconsiderar si moyo es una empresa que vale la pena o no para consumir con ese servicio tan terrible de esta sucursal.
I am a big fan of Moyo, I think your product is very good, however the attitude of the woman who attends is totally disastrous, I thought it was just a matter of that day, but there are three occasions in which the lady attends in a very rude way.
He makes you expensive for anything, he gives you a fairly small amount of toppings compared to other branches and he gets upset because he doesn't have change.
After this terrible service it made me reconsider whether or not moyo is a worthwhile company to consume with such terrible service from this branch.
