Bad service, they don't sell you the ice cream you ask for on the grounds that they run out of glasses and they can only sell you the large size, and no option to serve you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita me dé altacia me cobró doble vez y no me dió comprobante de la primera transacción ya que dijo que su terminal estaba fallando y se me realizó doble vez me estube comunicando atención al cliente u nadie contesta me podían apoyar por favor.
The lady gave me high charges, she charged me twice and did not give me proof of the first transaction since she said that her terminal was failing and it was done twice, I was communicating with customer service or nobody answered, could you please support me.
