★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte del personal es muy amable al menos para levantar una denuncia pero hay que esperar afuera y según tengan gente es lo que tardan en atender y si es larga la espera! Cuando yo fui empezó a llover muy fuerte,hay un techito pero todos estábamos arrinconados en la pared, para levantar la denuncia te dan a llenar un formato donde explicas los hechos entre otros datos y tienes que sacar 3 fotocopias del INE y después sale la licenciada y te llama te orientan muy bien! Al final te dan tu hoja donde quedó registrada la carpeta de investigación.
The attention from the staff is very friendly, at least to file a complaint, but you have to wait outside and depending on how many people they have, it is how long they take to attend and if the wait is long! When I went it started to rain very hard, there is a little roof but we were all cornered on the wall, to file the complaint they give you to fill out a form where you explain the facts among other information and you have to take 3 photocopies from the INE and then the licensee leaves and they call you, they guide you very well! At the end they give you your sheet where the research folder was registered.
