Not crazy about the market- but there are times that you can find some specific fruit or vegetable options here that aren't available at the Super Aki. The tomatoes are normally riper here, too. If you're price conscious, be aware that prices at the market are often higher than at the grocery store.

There's 4 restaurants on the outside of the building which we've had meals at each. Popular with the tourist crowd. There's also breakfast available in the building. Good food and great prices.

This place has the best fresh juice on Isla Mujeres. Open only day time. One small bottle is 20 peso. I come here every morning for my fresh orange ? juice.

We came over to Isla Mujeres pretty early one day and ended up grabbing breakfast in this Mercado, We had tortas which are sandwiches and fresh squeezed juice, all good and very affordable.

This is the place to go for fresh, warm, tortillas and fresh squeezed juice. There are also lots of little “tiendas” for buying home goods and there are various tasty little restaurants selling tortas, sopes, tacos, and pibil on sundays. The fruit here is great too, best of all the prices are right ?? don’t forget to eat at one of the luncherias outside too, Alexia y Geovanny is awesome! We grub down (mom & 2 kids) for less than $15 every time, that’s including tip!

Great empanadas! Pork sandwiches. Don't be intimidated. Super nice people. Really want to make you happy. A favorite for inexpensive breakfast and lunch. Go for breakfast, take a sandwich Togo for snack on the beach. Today bought four empanadas Togo for later on the beach! 60 pesos! 3 bucks! Soo good.

Great little farmers market. Only a few vendors, but they tend to have a good variety of quality produce. Also there are a couple fresh juice vendors and some food vendors with great local food. Worth checking out if you are staying on the island for more than a day trip.
