Espero que tomen cartas en el asunto, no es posible que los clientes recibamos tratos tan groseros. Por lo pronto comenzaré a hacer mi compra en cualquier otra sucursal menos en satélite.
The person who answers the calls is not the one to be in that position, the place of customer service is too large. I hope they take action on the matter, it is not possible that customers receive such rude treatment. For now I will begin to make my purchase in any other branch except satellite.
