★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es nefasto que den sus “cursos” en miércoles o jueves o cualquier día entre semana y empiecen a las 9 de la noche y terminen a las 12 o más de la madrugada y se la pasen gritando, están en medio de edificios en una zona habitacional, no están respetando para nada la ley con respecto a los horarios y la contaminación auditiva y los que estamos a lado, no podemos dormir. Los domingos hacen eventos que terminan a las 3 de la mañana, contratan grupos en vivo y el ruido es infernal! Ninguno de los vecinos estamos de acuerdo y ese edificio no tiene permiso para eventos nocturnos.
En la página dice que cierran 7 pm pero eso no es verdad. Además que utilizan el terreno de enfrente que fue un derrumbe del 19S como estacionamiento privado para sus fiestas por que por horarios y ruido, esto no es serio, estas son fiestas. No creo que nada de esto sea legal.
It is disastrous that they give their "courses" on Wednesday or Thursday or any day during the week and start at 9 at night and end at 12 or more in the morning and scream at each other, they are in the middle of buildings in a residential area They are not respecting the law at all regarding schedules and noise pollution and those of us who are next to us cannot sleep. On Sundays they have events that end at 3 in the morning, they hire live groups and the noise is hellish! None of the neighbors agree and that building does not have a permit for night events.
On the page it says that they close 7 pm but that is not true. In addition, they use the land in front that was a collapse of 19S as private parking for their parties because due to hours and noise, this is not serious, these are parties. I don't think any of this is legal.
