★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me decepciono el servicio ... yo tenía altas expectativas, me entregaron mi edredón lleno de pelos (yo no tengo mascotas) no sé si lo laven junto a otros más, creo el lavado no fue el correcto porq bajo lo esponjado del edredón y en un pantalón en especial que estaba nuevo se ven las marcas del planchado y quedó brillozo. Con ropa de uso cotidiano no tendría problema, pero con ropa que es de cuidado si se ve la diferencia en el servicio.
I was disappointed in the service ... I had high expectations, they gave me my duvet full of hair (I don't have pets) I don't know if they wash it with others, I think the washing was not correct because under the fluffiness of the duvet and in A pair of pants in particular that was new shows the marks of the ironing and it was shiny. With everyday clothes I would have no problem, but with clothes that are of care if you see the difference in service.
