★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lleven su ropa, aún cuando dicen que se hacen responsables de algún daño. No, no lo hacen. Se intentó hacer reclamo y nos mandaron derechito a la %$. A tal grado que dicen que nos sugieren ir al psicólogo por que bendicen que estamos mal en exigir algo que no es.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos han echado a perder 2 edredones, al contactar a las encargadas de la sucursal, altaneramente nos han hablado y dicho: "haganle como quieran, aquí no les podemos solucionar nada", en el ticket dice que se hacen responsables por daños y NO ES CIERTO.No nos dan contacto de dueño, gerente etc, borraron publicación en redes y hasta la página de Face MR BLUE PUEBLA. Llevamos 2 horas intentando contactar a alguien que de la cara y NADA. Seguiremos hasta que nos den una solución. Lástima de servicio

Y los dueños no dan la cara por sus empleados groseros e ineptos. No lleven su ropa porqué te la entregaran rasgada y se lavaran las manos. Los odio.
