Pero es decepcionante que a cada rato esté fuera de operación la banda de lavado automatizado, lo que hace super lento (a mano) todo el proceso. Uno va a esos lugares por esa tecnología y sirva o no ahí cobran igual. Ojalá los dueños se pongan las pilas. No sean huevones. Era cliente pero ya no voy a regresar. The staff works well. But it is disappointing that the automated washing band is out of operation at all times, which makes the entire process super slow (by hand). You go to those places for that technology and serve or not there charge the same. Hopefully the owners put the batteries. Do not be eggs. I was a customer but I'm not going back.

A	Ana Celia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 marzo 2020, no estaba abierto el auto lavado del Navarrete a donde pretendía llevar mi carro así que decidí ir allí porque estaba cerca, primera vez y horrible experiencia. El túnel no servía, leyendo los comentarios aquí en la página me doy cuenta de que tiene meses así descompuesto, lo lavaron con la manguera. 2 El compresor NO SERVÍA TAMPOCO, los mismos muchachitos lo estaban arreglando ( seguramente deben saber mucho de mecánica de esos equipos). Al final después de mucho esperar a que lo arreglaran, lo encendieron y estuvo como 20 segundos haciendo ruido horrible, soltó polvo y temía haciera un corto y/o explotara y pues lo bueno que no pasó eso, pero sí tronó el equipo y pues bye compresor. Así que me hicieron la devolución de mi dinero correspondiente al lavado de interiores y me fui. NADA RECOMENDABLE, además de que el lugar se ve sucio. Afortunadamente, el gerente pudo recuperar los lentes. Si no tienes nada de valor dentro del auto, es una opción decente. Overall, good service but it can improve. La atención del personal es buena a una como cliente pero no la atención al carro: siempre que me "entregan el carro" ha tenido detalles que no atienden (no lavaron los tapetes, las llantas están sucias, olvidada ron limpiar los asientos traseros). Tienes que pedirle a la persona que está limpiando el carro que por favor atienda eso y, hasta el momento, lo han hecho de buena gana. Si quieres garantizar un buen servicio tienes que estar parada(o) a un lado del carro para "supervisar". I have had a very bad experience both times I have visited the place. The attention of the staff is good to one as a customer but not the attention to the car: whenever they "deliver the car" has had details that do not attend (they did not wash the rugs, the tires are dirty, forgot to clean the rear seats). You have to ask the person who is cleaning the car to please take care of that and, so far, they have done so willingly. El gerente nomas está pisteando en su oficina. Para acabarla de fregar roban, y se hacen los tontos. Bad experience, 2 hours took to leave everything soaked with soap.
