Mr. Clean Laundry Delivery - Playa del Carmen

They originally stated a price that was over what they advertised. I still agreed and then ended up charging me even more than that. Dont trust them. 20USD for 3kg of laundry. Couldn't beleive it.

Perfect experience with Mr. Clean. The hotel tried charging us 10 times for the same amount of laundry. Mr. Clean will even come pick it up and drop it off at whichever time is convenient for you. We used their service twice on this 3 weeks trip. I will definitely use them again whenever we visit Playacar. 5 stars all the way.

I have used Mr. Clean now 3 times while on vacation and I can only recommend him. When I text him, he always responds in a few minutes and is available to pick up the laundry the same day or the next morning. I have always been very satisfied with the results and will for sure use him again the next time I am here ;-)

If it was possible would give them a zero. Gave in a large load, 7,5 kilos. Clothes, bed sheets and towels. Apparently, they washed it all together with blue towels! As a result, 4 white pieces of clothing and 2 towels completely ruined. Piece of a formerly white towel as an example.

We used Tomas services twice during our last holiday, he was prompt responsive and on time! price was fair and laundry was clean! I would definitely use his services again. ?

TLDR; Costs 6x more than everyone else local and stained my whites. Long story: Picked up from out hotel at the planned time and told us he would return the next day by 1pm. We waited until 6pm when he turned up, not a big deal we just had a pool day. Quoted me via voice chat 4$ per kilo, which is really expensive even in the tourist area. I couldn't hear very well when he quoted via voice message and assumed the price would be around the local prices so accepted. Which is my mistake and I accepted that and paid the 60$ for two bags of clothing. When we looked through the clothes every single piece of white clothing was ruined with these brown stains. When I contacted him he said it was our sunscreen and not his fault. You can see for yourself this isn't the case. He did offer to try and get the stains out but at this point I had given up with him.

I am very pleased and satisfied with Tomas and his business. My clothes are returned to me timely. They are washed, softened and folded very well. I have been in Playa for several years and this has been my best experience with getting my clothes laundered. I am very happy to have this business operating and appreciate the kindness of Tomas.

We were trying to find a laundromat to do our laundry and came across them. I called and Thomas quoted me $6 per kilo. We dropped our laundry off however they do offer pickup and delivery. Thomas delivered our clothes the next day by noon nicely folded and clean ? Whole family is happy to have clean clothes for the rest of our trip! Thank you so much!! Def recommend!
