My tennis shoes were very good, and at a fairly fair price, highly recommended

1- The customer service leaves too much to be desired: since I wear the tennis shoes and ask about the options to make them very white and remove the yellowish they did not propose solutions, offering me only the "Ultra" service mentioning that to remove the yellow is only a VERY LIMITED number of specific models (such as Jordan and Nike) which in other places do not have this limitation. In addition, on Facebook they have activated the tab with the option to call, and when you call they do not answer and they respond with a message of "we only serve through networks", it is not uncomfortable to speak through networks, the uncomfortable thing is to try to communicate through a medium that they have disabled but enabled. Finally, regarding attention: they could not answer me kindly and precisely if I could go through my tennis shoes or not, they only asked me to check my note (if they knew that this was going to be the answer, I would have gone through them first thing in the morning for that my note says that as of today but without exact time) 2: The result with my tennis shoes was not what was expected, there was nothing left of "Ultra White" nor did it last for cleaning, I have honestly obtained the same result washing them on my own or buying the products in the open market for the price of what I paid . I do not recommend, do not waste your money here, I will not return.
