 Their maintenance service leaves much to be desired as when you make appointments with the one who answers, never makes the appointment and they bring it, they go and they never arrive, terrible service

The free installation thing is pure HOOK, I bought a climate, as they scheduled me for that day and they never went, nor did they take the time to tell me that another day they could come to my house. Bad plan of Mrs. Cool, FAILS them in that aspect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Van a hacer un mantenimiento preventivo de minisplit y el personal chambón moja el sistema electronico y lo descompone. Nada recomendables. Busque otra opción.
Terrible service. They're going to do preventive maintenance on the minisplit and the clumsy staff wets the electronic system and breaks it down. Nothing recommended. Find another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrate servicio para el lunes 2 de la tarde específicamente hora y dia porque así se acomodan mis tiempos de trabajo quedaron muuuy formales que si sin problema y yo llame a las 5 porque nadie llego me dicen con actitud pésima altanera soberbia y prepotente de la persona que contesto que me.llamaron por la mañana y que no conteste( obvio trabajo) y por el técnico andaba cerca por otro servicio cerca de mi fraccionamiento y como no conteste decidieron cancelar mi servicio que personalmente contrate en el establecimiento y sin tener la formalidad de informarme que no cumplirían . Que mala atención falta de profesionalismo y seriedad sabiendo además que ahí he comprado varios minisplit y ya soy cliente se les olvida que venden un servicio y que no están haciendo un favor y el consumidor de servicios esta protegido por que levantare mi queja formal.
Hire a service for Monday 2 in the afternoon, specifically time and day because that's how my work times are accommodated, they were very formal, yes, no problem, and I called at 5 because no one came, they told me with a lousy, arrogant, arrogant attitude of the person who I answer that they called me in the morning and that I did not answer (obvious work) and the technician was nearby for another service near my subdivision and since I did not answer they decided to cancel my service that I personally hired at the establishment and without having the formality to inform me that they would not comply. What bad attention, lack of professionalism and seriousness, knowing that I have also bought several mini-splits there and I am already a client. They forget that they are selling a service and that they are not doing a favor and the service consumer is protected because I will file my formal complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no cumplen con las fechas de instalación y después no contestan ni el teléfono, de verdad es una pena!!!! Sigo esperando a ver cuando me instalan, pero si quiero cancelar aunque ellos no hayan cumplido, uno es quien pierde además de tiempo perdemos el 20% del pago!!!!
Terrible attention, they do not meet the installation dates and then they do not even answer the phone, it really is a shame !!!! I am still waiting to see when they install me, but if I want to cancel even if they have not complied, one is the one who loses, in addition to time, we lose 20% of the payment!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté mantenimiento para después de las dos de la tarde y jamás se aparecieron y muy tranquilos cuando marque me contestaron " mañana van" eso es no tener responsabilidad por eso se programa la cita en verdad nefasto cliente perdido.
I hired maintenance for after two in the afternoon and they never showed up and they were very calm when I dialed, they answered me "tomorrow they are going" that is not having responsibility for that reason the appointment is scheduled, really disastrous lost client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con fechas. No contestan llamadas. Pésima atención al cliente. Hasta la fecha seguimos esperando que nos vengan a instalar un equipo. Cometimos el error de no ver primero las reseñas . Me sorprende que desde hace un año tienen deficiencias en su atención al cliente y no han mejorado NADA en ese aspecto. En su página de facebook eliminan comentarios y no tienen sección de opiniones, pero se pueden ver reacciones de los clientes de carita enojada ( eso sí no lo pueden borrar) . Cualquier empresa sería y formal tiene buenas referencias hasta en sus redes sociales . Mejor busquen otra opción
They do not meet dates. They don't answer calls. Lousy customer service. To date we are still waiting for them to come and install a team. We made the mistake of not looking at reviews first. I am surprised that for a year they have had deficiencies in their customer service and they have not improved ANYTHING in that aspect. On their facebook page they delete comments and they don't have an opinion section, but you can see reactions from customers with angry faces (they can't delete it). Any serious and formal company has good references even in their social networks. Better look for another option
