The guy who attends is friendly but from what I see his delivery man should do something else, I had to go for the croquettes and they never answer the phone

The service leaves a lot to be desired. The young man who attends has said that cat chow croquettes will arrive for more than 1 week and it is not like that. It does not give you a number so as not to go in vain. You call and the delivery person hangs up on you. Customer service is very bad
