It's crap they give you some shrimp that look like rat fetuses in a chipote sauce that tastes nothing more than pure burned oil

This is a tipical franchise mistake, Business owners sacrificing the food portion in their orders, to be able to pay the high rent cost on mall plazas. If your customer walks ways still hungry after the meal, you are doing things wrong.
